At Miami Vineyard, one of our core values is being a “Church of the Second Chance” and we have a special opportunity to express this in an incredibly practical and real way. That’s why we are partnering with our State Attorney’s office to host a Second Chance: Seal and Expunge event on Tuesday, February 20th from 4-7pm.

If you or someone you know has had a Miami-Dade arrest that did not result in a conviction, this Second Chance Event is for you. Read below for some key details and information:

– The State Attorney’s staff and community partners will be present to help answer questions

– They will only review State-level cases that occurred in Miami-Dade county

– The Miami-Dade County arrest must not have resulted in a conviction

– They will assist you, at no cost, with completing the application for submission to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).*

– Required: A government-issued ID

*Note: The event is free to attend. However, FDLE requires a $75.00 handling fee that must be mailed with the application.
