We are looking for a teachable, positive, team player to join the Miami Vineyard office staff. The receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees, inputting information into our database, and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with staff and pastors.
- Customer service experience (at least 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative setting)
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint)
