Job Type: Custodian Facilities
Hours: 30 hrs / week Part-Time
PURPOSE: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the church facility, ensuring that all areas are presentable and ready for use.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred

Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred

Flexibility with schedule to suit the needs of the church
Physical Demands: must be able to lift objects of at most 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. The position may require bending, stooping, and reaching.
Duties:

Perform weekly duties and daily spot cleaning in all public areas of the building, including, but not limited to vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and emptying receptacles

Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facility Supervisor

Adhere to Miami Vineyard’s safety policies to maintain OSHA standards
